Speaker Showcase

Take the guess work out of selecting speakers for campus and organization events. The Speaker Showcase provides the opportunity for Annual Meeting attendees to listen to and learn about speakers available for campus or inter/national programs. Highlighting 5 - 6 of AFA’s Associate members, the Speaker Showcase allows meeting attendees to hear a sample of signature programs from educational speakers touring the college circuit today. Speakers or agents will be available later in the Exhibit Hall for follow up.

The Annual Meeting Planning Team welcomes speakers and booking agents to apply for the chance to be showcased at the 2009 Annual Meeting. To apply for this exciting opportunity, please
click here. The Speaker Showcase will take place on Monday, December 7 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. The Speaker Showcase is scheduled during the Exhibit Hall Reception to maximize attendance. In maintaining our green initiatives, you'll be asked to include a brief description and audio-visual materials electronically. Materials must be submitted by Friday, September 25, 2009.
Rather, upon acceptance of the presentation, you must make your membership current (if not already current) and register to attend the Annual Meeting as well. Associate member dues are $195. Additional Annual Meeting registrants are $295 each.
