In response to members' concerns about this current hot topic, AFA entered into this joint initiative to bring members more information on the practical implications of the situation this past fall at Rider University as well as other precedent setting cases. This program is provided by AFA, ACPA, ACUHO-I, ACUI, NACA, NASPA, NIRSA, and NACUA. Several members of the National Association of College and University Attorneys will offer their perspective and tips regarding implications of these matters for student affairs professionals.
