Coaching Students to Balance Their Lives and Leadership
January 28 | 2:00 - 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time

Are your students stressed out and over-involved? Do they have their hands in the pot of several organizations versus giving quality time to a few? Are they rushing, constantly connected to a phone, and really scattered?  What does it mean to lead a balanced life? During this installment of the Virtual Seminar Series, we will explore these questions and many more. The goal of this workshop is to equip participants with some of the skills necessary to coach the students they advise to lead a more balanced life and to, perhaps, pick up a few tips on life balance themselves. At the end of this workshop the learner will...

• Have a deeper understanding about the benefits of coaching
Gain knowledge about how to coach through effective questioning
Gain knowledge about how to empower students to effectively experience a balanced life
Gain exposure to coaching situations regarding life balance
