Creating a Mentoring Culture

We all know that having mentors and being a mentor are important in our professional and personal development. Having a culture of mentoring is equally important to organizations so future leaders can be cultivated. As AFA continues to improve our volunteer structure as well as the volunteers' experiences, it is important to think critically about how the Association can support and develop those individuals.
