Everything You Need to Know about Being a Fraternity/Sorority Advisor

This program is designed for professionals new to fraternity and sorority advising, particularly those beginning their first professional jobs. Key ingredients necessary to help new fraternity and sorority advisors become successful professionally and personally are explored. Topics covered in this seminar include: How can you find your allies on campus? With whom do you need to partner to be credible and successful in your position? How can you quickly learn what the issues are on your campus? How do you earn the respect of parents, alumni, faculty and, most importantly, students?
