This program is designed for professionals new to fraternity/sorority advising, particularly those beginning their first professional jobs. Key ingredients necessary to help new fraternity and sorority advisors become successful professionally and personally will be explored. How can you quickly learn what the issues are on your campus? How do you earn the respect of parents, alumni, faculty and, most importantly, students?
